Hong Kong Central - Yung Kee (Round 2) - January 2011

We knew we had to go back to the famous Yung Kee. People told us you could meet famous Hong Kong Film stars there. We did not meet any. People also told us we had to try the famous goose (Siew Ngor.)

Footnote: After I came back to Perth I read that the roaster at the Regal Restaurant in Perth was once the Master Roaster at Yung Kee! Lucky us!

 Beef brisket noodle. I can't get enough of this.
 Something to have again. Century Eggs.
The famous roast goose. I found it too gamey. I prefer duck.
