Curry mee is my favourite dish. I grew up eating this for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, dinner and supper. You cannot get the Penang style curry mee anywhere in Perth.
Recently I bought a packet of ready made so called Penang curry mee paste home from Malaysia. I added coconut milk and water to the paste and bring it to a boil. Then I added fried tofu, chicken and prawns. Before serving I added hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts, egg and rice noodles.
It's not Penang curry mee but it will do.
